Delivery

Delivery times vary by product and location. Our team will contact you to schedule delivery after your order is confirmed.

Delivery windows are confirmed by our team after purchase. Someone 18+ must be present to receive furniture. Assembly may be available on select items — ask for details.

In-store pickup

Choose free pickup at our Saint-Léonard showroom. We will notify you when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation and valid ID.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return or exchange requests. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Mattresses and opened bedding may be subject to hygiene restrictions. Contact us before returning any item.
